Intimate items such as underwear and socks cannot be resold once worn due to hygiene and health code policies. Because of this, we can only process a refund for 1 pair of underwear and socks that have been taken out of their packaging only if you order 1 pair. But don't worry, we have a very accurate fit guide that usually gets it right the first time. When ordering 2 or more pairs, neither gets a free return or exchange.

The silver fabric used in the Paradise Pocket Gen III has incredible anti-odor properties and permanent anti-odor control. The silver in the fabric kills 99.9% of odor-causing bacterial so you can travel light and extend the time between washes while your genitals stay fresh.
The Paradise Pocket Gin III's fabric is also anti-radiation - by using it to form the Pocket, it creates an anti-radiation Faraday Shield to protect your "boys" from harmful, sperm-killing electromagnetic waves emitted from electronic devices - it's the same fabric tech used in spacesuits. The rest of the Apex III underwear is made with our EcoSilver performance fabric that is designed to deliver peak performance with a lower environmental footprint. We spent over a year developing a custom recycled, premium-grade yarn that maintains the same performance features and ultra soft feel you’ve come to know and love.
Then, to push fabric innovation further, we combined the recycled yarns with metallic silver to give you extraordinary next-to-skin comfort and the very best odor protection. Silver is the most effective material for neutralizing odor-causing bacteria and is advanced enough to be used in spacesuits to keep astronauts fresh.
Apex III is engineered with 15+ smart features, including Power Grip, laser-cut wide leg grippers lined with soft silicone for incredible hold. The legs will never ride up or bunch, so no more awkwardly tugging your pants to pull the legs down. The Power Grip is also stays hidden, even under tighter pants, so no more visible underwear lines either.

What makes premium products premium? Is it the quality of the fabrics and materials, and the number of features and patents, or is it artificially inflated prices?
Too many “premium” brands charge $35+ for basic underwear and $130+ for dress shirts that cost a fraction of that to make. And you may have noticed that those same brands used inflation and rising costs as cloud cover to raise their prices 15 - 30% despite the actual inflation rate being considerably lower.
Because those brands are shareholder-first; they prioritize profits over delivering value to their customers. This leads to big marketing budgets, lavish photoshoots to sell an “aspirational lifestyle”, cutting corners and lowering product quality to pad margins, and manufacturing a false sense of exclusivity to justify their high prices. How else can you convince someone to spend more money on gear that has fewer features, less performance, and ultimately less comfort?
This inspired the creation of All Citizens and our lofty mission of democratizing comfort. We set out to make category-leading products at more accessible prices with sustainability and social impact at our core.
